In Aika’s fantasy world, the Zereca race has corrupted and enslaved all the creatures in the land with the motive to rid the world of all Humans. The Goddess Aika, in an attempt to save the Humans, raised the land of Lakia to the sky so the Humans may live in peace. The great goddess Aika created the world of Arcan to become a utopia for its inhabitants.
Her first creation were the Scinic, a kind and gentle race that cared for the land. However, as the Scinic race had no purpose in life, they begged the goddess for their existence to end and in sorrow, the goddess granted their wish. Believing that the good natured Scinic race were too good, she created the Human race in which was a balance of good and evil that allowed them to thrive.
As time went on, human ambition led to destruction of the land, greatly angering the goddess. In response, she created a race of demons called Zereca that drew from her powers to punish the humans. However, she deeply regretted this action when the Zereca nearly caused the extinction of the Human race.
To salvage her second creation, she told the Human prophet Giovanni to gather his people to a region known as Lakia. There she lifted the land of Lakia into the sky with the last of her strength. Spent of her powers, Aika fell into a deep slumber which greatly weakened the Zereca. However, three hundred years later, the goddess begins to awaken and as she does, the Zereca begin to regain their strength.
To counteract the Zereca's strength, the goddess creates a special warrior class within the Humans known as the Aitan and a fairy-like race to serve these Aitan called Pran.
Players begin their adventure in Lakia's capitol city of Regenshein. Lakia is the homeland to all five nations and is home to temples where nation relics are placed.
As players advance through the levels, they may play in Traband, Karena, Drago, or Disceroa. All of these areas have quests and dungeons. Traband is a PvP map which means that you may kill enemy players as you quest in this map. Drago is a town that contains two high level dungeons that drop extremely valuable treasures. Karena is the third sky-island and it is the home to Verus Castle which has two PvE events that all nations participate in.
Disceroa is the corrupted, twisted land that is the result of Zereca corruption. Disceroa Colony is the 1st return to Arcan made by Aitans. This area has a dungeon, quests, and new breeds of corrupt creatures to destroy.
There are 6 classes to choose from: two melee types, two gun slinger classes, and two spell casters. Characters are gender locked to reduce lag to provide 1000 vs 1000 capabilities.
