Banana Hell is a casual strategy game developed and published by Petriheart. It was released on Steam for Microsoft Windows on November 7, 2020. The developers made this game free for two days, between 25 and 27 September 2021.

Premise[]

This is a difficult platform jumping challenge game featuring a monologue of a talking banana. The objective is to move upwards to collect crystals.

Gameplay[]

The player has to jump through the platforms and move their way up to complete the levels. They also have to avoid the enemies, otherwise, they'd get knocked down. Despite the controls being simple, this is more of a precision platformer, where the player has to find the right time to move, duck, or jump. As the player proceeds to the further levels, the levels become harder and designed more differently.

Trivia[]

  • The protagonist of the game is called Bananaman.
  • Bananaman often tells jokes in the monologue.
  • Even though there are only five levels, they are long and challenging.
  • Bananaman has over 300 lines of speech through out the entire game.
