The Koopa Bros. fortress is home to many bob-ombs found in the game. They were captured by the Koopa Bros. and used to help protect the fortress from infiltrators. Mario and his partners find Bombette, a pink, female bob-omb in a jail cell with other bob-ombs who were caught disobeying orders.
