Premise[]
A horror puzzle game about exploring an abandoned children's toy, stalked by the the shambling husks of scrapped concepts that pursue you endlessly throughout the environment as you try to solve the cryptic puzzles left behind by the developers and keep your pet alive.

The Bubbies
- Tomo: A small blob with two antennas, one of the titular pets.
- Miibo: The second pet, resembling a head with two stick-like legs.
- Flou: The third pet, a humanoid sunflower in a small form.
The Predators
- Mow-Mow: The enemy in Bubby Ski Time, a square creature with cat-like features.
- Arti: The antagonist in Bubby Spy Time, a robot head with transforming legs.
- Warn: The adversary in Bubby Garden Time, a floating virus with four arms that infects and possesses other beings.
Others
- John: A friend of the player who acquired a laptop with a copy of Bubbaruka, who emails you a copy to try out.
- Anita Yamazaki: The wife of Onaga.
- Hikaru Yamazaki: The child of Onaga and Anita.
- Warn Infectees (Bow-wow, Bubboo, Nubby, and Prubble): Four NPCs encountered in Bubby Garden Time who seek Flou's help for Bubby medicine, but tragically become victims of Warn, transforming into grotesque creatures.
- The Creature: A mysterious entity responsible for the corruption and deaths in the game. Anyone who sees its face becomes infected, leading to madness, and its victims are assimilated into its being.
