Hey, I'm Snowyy, I Joined EncyclopediA GamiA in 2014. Since joining i have been praised for my work and consider myself as an a appropriate admin. I See alot of errors that i can't edit because you can only change it if your admin and i really like helping people, like giving them advice so now, when they ask me for advice, i can give them an official respone, so i think that the me being Admin, will help the Wiki alot. - A: Everything. I try to edit to my full potential
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A:Since joining I have had one upset, which was really not intelligent, i dealt with it like a child, now
i will ignore it and move on.
- 4. Do you regularly contribute to any other wikis? Are you an administrator or bureaucrat on any of them, or do you have accounts with similar roles on forums, blogs, etc.? Could you provide links, if so?
- A:I am one admin on one wiki, but other than that no

- Oppose I don't feel Snowyy has the experience to become an admin. He purposely "takes a break" from the Wiki when he gets upset. Some of his edits were direct copies from Wikipedia and has been blocked at least once for language in chat. He has improved a lot over the course of a few months, however, not enough to convince me he can handle the admin tools. Zmario 10:12, July 14, 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose Snowyy's a good writer and I respect him immensely but I don't really think he's admin material. He does tend to be on-and-off around the wiki but he does quality work, but to be an admin we need someone who's doing work around the clock and Snowyy doesn't seem to be at that level, for now anyways. Though even if he was up to the job we don't really need any more admins, the wiki is very low traffic at the moment and Zmario seems to be handling it very well by himself. Perhaps if we start to pick up activity he would be useful, but for now we really need more editors and that's what he's best at. But if he does still desire a job as an admin, I say that we should put him through some trials and conditions to make sure he can do it, because when push comes to shove he needs to be able to do it to the best of his ability. I hope you keep trying at your goal Snowyy, you just need to put in some more effort, this isn't just getting some new user abilities, it's getting a whole new occupation that requires you to perform tasks you never even knew existed.
