==Allies plotline== The Allies Campaign begins with Field Marshal Bingham demanding the player to defend the English borders against a relentless wave of Soviet Union aggression. After successfully defending the English borders and forcing the Soviets into a retreat, the player embarks on a campaign to liberate countries throughout Europe. However, a new faction takes advantage of the weakened state of both the Allies and the Soviets, and assaults Allied-Soviet borders with invasions and bombing runs, as well as enforcing a blockade of their seas with mighty fortresses. In a desperate attempt to even the odds, the Allies and the Soviets combine to form a fragile alliance. Firstly, a combined assault on the fortress floating in the North Sea, eliminating their military power in that location - which would have been impossible without an alliance. Fuelled by bloodlust and anger for the Allies' alliance with the Soviets, President Ackerman takes the opportunity to do what he thinks the other allies should have done a long time ago - destroy them with their laser superweapon. Bingham orders the player to assault Mount Rushmore by disabling its defences, destroying the base inside, and assassinating President Ackerman. With the Soviets withdrawing their threats of superweapon assaults, the Allies have a plan to utterly eliminate the Empire's military power and leadership; the Allies' and Soviet's plan is to attempt a full-scale attack on Tokyo. This battle must prevail for the Allies as the Empire's command has targeted extremely important cities, as a form of a ransom.
