The European Union is a geopolitical union on Earth, created to foster peaceful relations and trading between its members, and contains nations like France, Germany, Spain, Poland and the United Kingdom. All games released here use the PAL format.
All of the countries in the European Union, excluding Germany, use the PEGI (or Pan European Game Information) content rating system for their video games. In the United Kingdom, they use both PEGI and the British Board of Film Classification, while in Germany, they use the USK.
