The Game Boy Advance - GameCube Link Cable is a type of cable which can connect a Game Boy Advance to the GameCube. The Game Boy Advance may be used as an extra screen for GameCube games such as Wario World to download some content of the game onto the Game Boy Advance itself. This cable can also be used to allow a Game Boy Advance to function as as a controller when the Game Boy Player is used.
This was succeeded by the wireless capabilities between the Wii and Nintendo DS which meant that a peripheral was no longer needed for a connection to be established.
