The Goron is a large, humanoid species from The Legend of Zelda series. They tend to inhabit mountainous areas, and their diet tends to consist of rocks and other minerals. Gorons first appear in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
They do not do much other than sleep, make noises, and concuss themselves from hitting their heads on the ground too often.
