Clothing[ | ]

For main article see Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Clothing

In Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, CJ is able to wear a vast amounts of clothing. You can choose from a wide selection. Most clothes give a bonus amount of respect or sex appeal or both.

Fat and Foods[ | ]

Eating/drinking in the game has can restore health and make CJ gain fat. It can be used for both. Eating will also keep CJ from starving and eventually dying from hunger. It can also be used to customize his looks and make him more bloated(or skinny if no food is eaten). Fat will decrease over time if no foods are eaten.

Muscle, Stamina and Exercise[ | ]

Muscular gain can happen gradually and randomly throughout the game. The fastest way to gain more muscle is to just go to the gym and lift weights. Muscle makes melee attacks stronger. Stamina is used only to determine how long CJ can sprint, swim fast, or pedal fast on a bicycle. It can also have steady gains throughout the game. There are a few easy ways to gain stamina. You can ride a bike for a while, go run on the treadmill in the gym, or just run on the streets for a while. Any form of exercise also can take away fat.

Use the Vortex as a Submarine[ | ]

Use the Vortex between El Quebrados and the abandoned airfield to take the small unique jump ramp that's on the back of the small shack it's parked next to. When you land in the water, the unique jump slow-motion cinema should keep going, with the camera fixed in one spot. Drive way out into the reservoir, and towards the dam, to the left of the camera's view. You'll disappear from view, but keep going. Eventually you'll run into the side of the dam and the cinema will end, leaving you under water and able to steer the Vortex like a submarine, without draining lung capacity or anything, as if you weren't underwater at all.
