JD

JD is an Esper from the video game Phantom Dust who does not reside in the city with everybody else. He is a playable character (in multiplayer) that evades by tumbling. The story leads us to believe that he left after being betrayed by Cuff Button. He returns to the city, but shortly thereafter, he leaves again.
