In an alternate universe where people have special powers, the protagonist is the one that designs superhero costumes for the superheroes.
One day, someone literally crash lands outside of the protagonist's boutique, he's gravely injured. They quickly help him out and fix him up with their own abilities.
His superhero outfit looks strange to them though, as they have never seen him around before.
