Haggle With Shopkeeper
In the regular shops, if you don't like the prices posted, you can press A and B simultaneously on controller #2. The shopkeeper may lower his prices, but there is a chance he may actually raise them instead.
Note that the shopkeepers in the Black Markets cannot be haggled with.
