Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is a video game developed by Naughty Dog for Sony's PlayStation 3 games console. Released in 2009, the game received universal critical acclaim getting 41 perfect review scores,[1] earning over 300 industry awards including over 200 Game of the Year awards and has been called one of the best video games of all time for its set pieces, graphics, motion capture acting, original characters and performances, as well as the story and multiplayer.[2][3] At the 2009 Spike Video Game Awards, it earned a record eight award nominations, winning three, including Game of the Year.[4] IGN, among numerous other video gaming websites and publications awarded Uncharted 2 their overall Game of the Year award.[5] The game also won ten AIAS Interactive Achievement Awards including Game of the Year.[6]
