Luminary is one of the signature heroes of City of Heroes.
History[]
Luminary is second to several: the second most famous android in Paragon City, and the second Luminary. The first Luminary, Kit Rafter, retired from the Freedom Phalanx in 1995 to become spokesman for Hero Corp. At the wedding of Kit and his wife Jeanette Positron presented them with the new Luminary, with Kit's powers and Jeanette's appearance (and, unexpectedly, her personality). Her systems are more state-of-the-art than her mentor Citadel's, although she's not as experienced. Her personality has become quite strong for reason Positron cannot explain.

Luminary is the trainer for Talos Island. She'll also appear in The Rogue Isles to help out Longbow.
