The Magnavox Odyssey 5000 was a prototype home console that would have featured a total of seven games (Tennis, Hockey, Volleyball, Basketball, Knockout, Tank, and Helicopter) with twenty-four different gaming experiences, as well as four player multiplayer and a Practice mode for solo-play against the computer. It would later form the basis of the Magnavox Odyssey 2.
