Men of Valor is a first-person shooter video game for the PC and Microsoft Xbox. It was developed by 2015, Inc., published by Vivendi Universal and first released on October 19, 2004. Men of Valor is based on the Unreal engine and simulates infantry combat during the Vietnam War.

Men of Valor follows Dean Shepard and his squad of Marines from the 3rd Battalion of the 3rd Marine Division through sixteen missions during the Vietnam War including missions at the height of the Tet Offensive.

Training[ | ]

You learn the basic standards for fighting in the later battles and missions.

Da Nang[ | ]

  • March 8, 1965 - August 18, 1965
  • Body Count

The first mission, starting off as a casual day at base. When a rocket barrage devastates the base, you are sent with your squad to patrol the surrounding forest for the attackers.

  • Clearing The Hamlet

After getting your APC stuck in a rice paddy, you must fight your way to regroup with the rest of the squad in fairly open fields.

  • Night Trip

You travel through the waters of Vietnam and try to capture a key leader in the VC for questioning.

Operation Starlite[ | ]

In this level you travel to try and destroy bunkers that the artillery couldn't knock out and near the end of the level, Zook dies from enemy fire.

Iron Triangle[ | ]

You travel near the Iron Triangle with Pat Hodges and an ARVN squad, leading to the VC tunnel complex

  • Eagle Flight

Your helicopter was shot down by a RPG7 rocket, then you must destroy the enemy's food supplies, and rescue the downed helicopter pilots and defend at a destroyed church
