Need For Speed: Undercover is a racing game developed and published by Electronic Arts for the Nintendo DS , PlayStation 2 , PlayStation 3 , PlayStation Portable , Wii , Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows. The game is the 12th installment of the popular racing game series, Need For Speed. So far the game has sold over 5.2 million copies of the 7 consoles combined. 

Gameplay[ | ]

The game features a massive open world map consisting 109 miles of road that the player can explore while driving through the city making it one of the most biggest Need For Speed games created. The game has four places: Palm Harbor, Port Crescent, Gold Coast Mountains, and Sunset Hills. These places bulid the map together. The location is called Tri-City. Also the game's map is unlocked from the start of the game. The game has over a dozen cars which are set into their own categories. In the game the player can race, some street-races attract attention of cops, when the cops catch you, you get captured, (which is presented by "Busted")

At the opening sequence you are in a lime green Lamboghini Gallardo driving at high speed, while driving cops are alerted and chase after you.

Need For Speed: Undercover recieved mixed reviews, there were complaints about, easy difficulty, repetitiveness, and poor texture.  IGN gave it 4/10 saying "the game has lots of problems". 1UP.com said the game was "fairly successful" but praised the car selection. In general, sparse traffic, wide-open roads, and poor AI led to complaints about extremely low difficulty.
