== The crypto currencies ==
In 2017 Nicolas Choukroun start developing in Solidity on the Ethereum Block Chain (ETH) and try a first attempt at doing an ICO with a [https://www.newsbtc.com/press-releases/10x-innovative-gambling-trading-game-based-ethereum-blockchain-announce-ico/ token named 10x.biz.] But this first attempt was stopped due to a technical problem in the smart contract.

In 2018 Jean Martial Lefranc and Nicolas Choukroun started working on the FRANC project, that was renamed [https://kryptofranc.com/ Kryptofranc.] After one year of development the unique Blockchain was released.

Nicolas Choukroun created the Stratum server, the first mining pool and for one years a small group of investors and miners have mined Kryptofranc (KYF). After one year the mining was unlocked and major pools like [https://zpool.ca ZPool] or [[RPlan.xyz]] started mining the coin.

Nicolas Choukroun also created a block explorer and a voting system where people were empowered to vote for humanitarian association in order to decide which one will receive grants in the form of the KYF token.

In December 2020 Nicolas decided to stop Kryptofranc and rename it to [https://franc.eu.com/ FRANC] in reference of the French Franc currency that was obliterated by the European commission when the Euro took place of all the European currencies in 2000.

In December 2021, Nicolas Choukroun decided to stop the [https://franc.eu.com FRANC project], because of the lack of support of the community and the fact that FRANC never took off.
