PixelJunk Shooter is a video game developed by Q-Games. It is downloadable from the PlayStation Network on the Sony PlayStation 3. It is the fourth title in the PixelJunk series. Previous games include PixelJunk Racers, PixelJunk Monsters, and PixelJunk Eden. It was released on the PlayStation Network on December 10, 2009.

PixelJunk Shooter allows up to two players to control subterranean vehicles to rescue scientists trapped underground. Players must clear a path through rock, ice, and enemy ships using their ships missiles. Players must also manipulate water, magma, and a magnetic black liquid to reach survivors with the help of upgraded ships. If you don't reach the trapped scientists in time they will die. If enough survivors die, players are forced to restart the level. There are fifteen stages in PixelJunk Shooter that are divided into three "episodes."

A sequel to PixelJunk Shooter was announced on May 19, 2010 entitled, PixelJunk Shooter 2.
