Rocksteady Studios is a British video game developer based in London. The studio's only two titles to date are Urban Chaos: Riot Response and Batman: Arkham Asylum.

Rocksteady Studios was founded in 2004 by Sefton Hill and Jamie Walker.[1] The studio was recently acquired by Time Warner.[2] Square Enix Europe (formerly Eidos) has confirmed that it still retains a 25.1 percent stake in Rocksteady.[3]

At the 2009 Spike Video Game Awards, Rocksteady Studios was named Studio of the Year.
