Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer (known as Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage! in NTSC regions) is a 3D platformer game developed by Insomniac Games for the PlayStation. It stars the title character, a young purple dragon named Spyro and is the second in the series of Spyro video games. In this game Spyro learns many skills not available in the original Spyro the Dragon. It also introduces a host of characters that would become important to the rest of the series as well as this game, including: Hunter, Zoe and Moneybags.
