Tokyo Game Show 2000 (TGS 2000) was held twice, first in spring March 31 to April 2, then again in autumn from September 22 to the 24th. Both where held at the Nippon Convention Center in Makuhari Messe.

The theme of the spring show was “Tokyo Game Show Evolves into the Year 2000 Version.” The show was attended by 131,708 visitors, and 66 exhibitors appeared.[1]
Tokyo Game Show 2000 Autumn[]
The theme of the autumn show was “The Entertainment of Your Life." The show was attended by 66 exhibitors.[2]
