Tic-tac-toe is a popular pen and paper game. The game utilizes a 3x3 grid using the letters X and O to fill them. If a player gets three in a row (vertically, horizontally, diagonally) of his or her own letter, that player is the winner. Games of tic-tac-toe generally end up in a draw.

Tic tac toe is a game played with a pen or pencil, and a paper. the game contains two players and it is played with an X,O. In-order to win you must have all acrost, all down, or all side ways to win the game.
