Tingle

Tingle is a character who appears in the Legend Of Zelda game series, first appearing in Majora's Mask. He is a middle-aged man who dresses in a pointy-headed green bodysuit and believes himself to be a fairy. Though rather eccentric in his behavior, he does help the player out in the manner of selling maps and other somewhat useful items.
