Trophy is a form of achievement used on the PlayStation Network for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita video games. Trophies are separated into three categories: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, each tier upwards representing the difficulty in obtaining them relative to each other. Each video game can have one platinum trophy, and it is always unlocked when the player unlocks all other trophies for that video game.
