UNC: Cerberus is obtained after completing UNC: Missing Marines; Rear Admiral Kahoku will eventually contact you aboard the Normandy via the Galaxy Map. He claims that Cerberus, an Alliance black ops group, has gone rogue, and asks you to look into illegal genetic engineering for him, explaining that he has to go into hiding to avoid Cerberus. You need to proceed to the Yanhzee system in the Voyager Cluster.
