Windows 3.1xE (officially known as Windows 3.1 for Central and Eastern Europe) is a graphical operating system released by Microsoft Corporation in November1992. It included support for the Cyrillic alphabet, and included fonts with diacritical marks characteristic of Central and Eastern European languages, such as Czech and Polish. Support officially ended on December 31, 2001.
