Zess T.

Zess T. is a character in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. She is a chef and can cook a variety of things. At the beginning of the game she accidentally drops her contact lens on the ground and Mario must not move. That is impossible as the game will not continue unless you move. If the player hits with the hammer, jumps, or walks she gets angry and blocks the West Side until you compensate her.

Later, she has posted a trouble at the trouble center concerning a rare cook book. You can find it at Creepy Steeple. When this is given to her, she learns how to make more food combinations.

She always refers to Mario by calling him names such as Sir Stomp-Alot.
